The first visit they took x-rays, then I had to go back to insure my dental procedures were covered. A week later I went for my second visit. She began to tell me their plans for my teeth service. I asked if I could see the dentist before I gave them my approval. Well, he came in the room with a mask on, he barely looked at me. He had his back to me the whole time we spoke, and when I asked him a question, he shrugged his shoulders as in annoyance . I was hesitant to ask him about his attitude but then I thought best to just let it go. He did the filling and left the room. His aide said, ok, I had to ask for a mirror to see the work done. I had to ask for her to floss my teeth because three teeth had residue. She asked me do you want me to floss them? Yes, I said. Then a woman who I had not met before came in to tell me that she would do two root canals on my next and last visit . The receptionist was very dry. None of them that served me that day have any professional manners. I am on Medicaid and for that reason I didn’t make a fuss but I do intend to contact Medicaid and notify them of the lack of professionalism the poor job done on the tooth that they did a feeling

Dr Moses is a great dentist, he cares about his patients taking the time to make sure you're comfortable as possible. In when I was experiencing pain he took me back right away to stop the pain. Also his assistance are so nice they really care to. And I've always appreciated the ladies at the front desk, if you need excellent care this is the place to go

Worst dental office I ever went to! Came there with my husband and was told they took our insurance and everything. We gave them our insurance card and all the information they needed and before we were seen I asked the front desk if we were good to go with the insurance and they said yes. The hygienist was very rude and very rough. She made my mouth hurt for days and my husband couldn’t even get through the cleaning because she was making him bleed a lot and when he said he was in pain she didn’t care at all. She wouldn’t numb him or do anything to make him comfortable. The doctor was so rude and not talkative. To top it off we received a bill a week later stating that none of our exams and cleanings were covered by the insurance even though they were. No one would call me back to discuss the bill or even the doctor wouldn’t talk to me. Very disrespectful and unprofessional never coming here again. Save ur time and money! Edit: they replied saying AI wrote this review!Hahah funny on top of that they sent me a letter regarding my payment that I do not owe because insurance covers the cost. I did have a coe pay which I paid. Repeatedly we asked if they took my insurance many times

I got 2 root canals and a filling after already getting a root canal, and have wisdom teeth removal scheduled. BY FAR! one of the best dentist offices I have been. VERY Friendly staff and Dr.Moses is a king! He for sure has the hands of gods. Along with all the dentist assistance’s! They where beautiful human beings and I will be back for cleanings! Love this place :)

My appointment was at 9am and I was there for nearly 4 hours. I had extractions done and worked with a new employee. I felt I was over exposed to Xrays because I had about twelve done. After my extractions I’m noticing the left part of my tounge has no feeling 3 days later! And I called and they didn’t exactly say it was normal but didn’t raise concern either. I did feel as if the doctor was good at what he was doing. But employes were very unprofessional. It could have been a great office if the assistants did not speak about their personal thoughts of not wanting to work all night or not work on several patients and another doctor also yelled at an assistant in the hallway which was super unprofessional.
